8. Issued tickets cannot wait for the visa to be issued. Please make a visa document submission maximum 1 month before departure.

10. In the event of late payment, payment sanctions may be carried out such as seat cancellation without refund, and guests are still required to pay the tour fee that has been incurred (if any) and determined by Imagine Asia and cannot be contested.
11. Penalty for Tour Cancellation by participants -Own Reason (Refund Policy):

    ▪ After Repayment / due time of repayment: All fees deposited are forfeited or in accordance with the bill when in accordance with the due time.

14. Cancellations due to force majeure, such as pandemic disease outbreaks with travel warnings, massive natural disasters that no longer allow tours, etc. will follow the next policy set by Imagine Asia.
15. Nominal refund appeals due to special cases can be made up to 15 days from the time the nominal refund has been determined by Whatsapp to Imagine Asia, but our final decision remains inviolable.

18. For Malaysia Airlines/Airasia/Other Low Cost Carriers Airlines, the deposit will not be refunded for the reason of including death and medical accident.
19. This tour program requires a minimum number of participants to run. If the number of registered participants does not reach the minimum quota set, Imagine Asia reserves the right to reschedule the tour program.
20. Participants must make the remaining payment in accordance with the refund policy that has been set, if they have not fulfilled their obligations on time. Imagine Asia reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the passport until the obligation has been paid.
21. Imagine Asia is also not obliged to provide proof of airlines refunds, proof of hotel bookings, proof of issued tickets, PNR, booking tickets and others, because it refers to the refund policy.
22. Refusal or delay of visa issuance is not our responsibility.
23. Imagine Asia reserves the right to refuse to dispatch passengers who have the potential to commit acts against immigration regulations, indications of illegal stayers or other elements of criminality.
24. There is no refund if the tour participant cannot pass immigration or there is a clear criminal element or falsification of departure documents or clearly has the potential to conflict with applicable immigration regulations in both the country of origin or destination.
25. Imagine Asia has no obligation to vouch for passengers in the immigration process or Imagine Asia reserves the right to refuse to vouch for guests if requested by local immigration authorities (especially for potential visa abuse).
26. Quotation tour for several countries with shopping stops, if guests do not visit shopping stops, a mandatory penalty charge applies.

28. Airline ticket schedules or especially transit flights are subject to change at any time in accordance with
